A simple template for capturing all your TTRPG session notes and organizing them over the course of a campaign.
Description
This template is designed to help you organize your notes over the course of a D&D or other RPG campaign. Using each of the session spreads, you can categorize the events and details of that session. At the end of the session, copy the important information from your notes to the index at the front, and include the page number of the session. This way, 6 months from now when you return to that tavern your campaign first started at, you can easily retrieve the details of the owner and find the page with the other relevant session details with ease.
If you use the template and you find it useful, or if you have suggestions for changes or updates, please feel free to send me your feedback! You can find me most readily on twitter

The core pages of this template are meant to be used as a two page spread. In order to get this to print correctly, you need to print this document in two steps on a printer that can print double sided pages.
Paper. I recommend using some thicker than regular paper stock to give your notebook a professional feeling. 32 lb bond is excellent, but of course this is up to your personal preference.
Binding. This template works best in a notebook format that you can open flat at your game table. A ring binder will work well, but may take up more room than you have available. My recommendation is a disc binding system similar to the ARC system available at staples (https://www.staples.ca/search?query=arc%20customizable%20notebook).
